Thank you to Dustin and his team at Impressive HT. I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality. The price could not be beaten, and best of all, the service was above my expectations. I will have IHT do all my home audio needs and would recommend them to anyone who is considering a system in their home.

We love our new universal remote in the family room and our new Sharp Aquos flat panel TV in our bedroom. The idea of choosing a TV set - type, size, figuring out how to use it - were so overwhelming to us that we just kept putting it off. My brother came to visit, he took over and after having gotten a bid from someone else, we found Dustin and IHT. He explained exactly what he thought we needed. After providing a very thorough estimate, they ordered everything soon after they came over and did a very professional job of installing the surround system, speakers and all. We are still not sure how they did some of the things that they did. Dustin came in and spent time with us programming our four remotes into one and teaching us how to operate everything. As he promised, if we had problems he would be there for us and he was and still is. I felt very relieved to have him and his crew come in and take over and now I am very comfortable using the remote to find what I'm looking for. I also know that if I get into trouble, Dustin will be there. The peace of mind is worth a lot and I love the new system. In fact, I may never leave home again.

My experience with Dustin and IHT was positive for several reasons: Dustin was flexible with his schedule to allow me the opportunity to meet with him on my time. He made time on his weekend and after normal working hours to meet with me and discuss home theater options for my house. The day after our initial meeting, Dustin already had provided a detailed estimate and quote for my review. Once we finalized a plan, my home theater was installed by Dustin and his crew within two weeks of our initial meeting and everything was professionally installed in one day. Dustin and his crew were able to answer numerous questions to help my wife and me quickly make an informed decision on what we wanted to purchase and how to use it once it was installed. Dustin did not leave my house until he took the time to teach my wife and me how to properly use the remote controls and other equipment. Finally, and most importantly to a lot of people, IHT's "bang for the buck" is unmatched by any other store I looked at. I received a projection screen theater system, surround sound speakers, subwoofer, and audio receiver, a new DVD player, Dish Network service and set-up (with two DVRs), and other accessories all for a price just slightly higher than what most chain stores charge for a big screen television alone. Beyond a great value, I know I can also rely on IHT's personable service too. I feel comfortable knowing that if I have a question, or need help fixing something, I can contact Dustin and get immediate assistance. Overall, my wife and I are extremely pleased and happy with our purchase(s) from IHT. I especially enjoy having family and friends over to watch a game or a movie. I know I made the right selection when family and friends come down to my basement and stare in amazement at IHT's work!

From the initial meeting, where Dustin guided and educated me on the various choices of equipment and installation options that were right for my room, he showed genuine concern for my overall satisfaction.
