Sensors installed throughout your home or business communicate all activity that takes place even when the system is disarmed.
All of this information travels wirelessly (via the digital GSM network) through a secure, encrypted signal to the Alarm.com Operations Center.
In the event of an alarm, the signal is routed to your central monitoring station for a 24/7 emergency response.*

All the information collected by your system is stored securely online for up to 60 days. You’ll have access to it at any time from your computer or mobile phone using the Alarm.com web control panel or mobile apps. Even better, you’ll decide which non-alarm activities matter most to you, and the system will send you instant event alerts via email or text message.
